The whole park can be visited and it is easy to find your way around as there are paths and there are also hides where you can watch the birds. Itinerary: Excursion through the nature park of la Albufera in Alcudia

Distance: 12 kms.

Difficulty: Excursion on flat ground.

Route: we depart from the crossroad of the avenue which goes through the port of Alcudia along the road leading to Sa Pobla. Continuing in the direction of Sa Pobla, where the road goes round la Albufera, we shall arrive at a bridge after S kilometres. Once we have crossed it we shall abandon the paved road and take the path on our left. After a further kilometre we shall find another bridge and a gate. We may open the gate, always ensuring that we close it behind us. We are now in the park. Continuing then for another two kilometres, we shall come across another gate which is padlocked. However, by making a small detour to the left we shall return to the path and cross a small bridge. Shortly afterwards the path branches off and we will turn left and continue along the path for about 4 Kms. We shall turn left again and after a further 2 Kms. we will reach the main road which leads to the park reception area. which we will find by turning to the left and continuing for approximately 500 metres. There are also short excursions along other paths inside the nature park. The park's reception area will provide any information required on the latter.
